What is the difference between raw and virgin hair?
Raw hair is unprocessed and retains its natural texture and color. Virgin hair is Processed hair that undergoes treatments for texture or color changes.
How do I care for my Raw hair extensions?
Follow our care instructions provided with your purchase. Use sulfate-free products, avoid excessive heat, and store extensions properly when not in use.
What is the processing time?
- Orders of in-stock products are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. This may vary during peak seasons.
- For Pre-orders and customized products, please allow 10 to 15 business days of processing time after payment confirmation

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

How many bundles do I need?
We recommend using 2-3 bundles from 10" - 14", 3-4 bundles from 16" - 24" and 4 to 5+ bundles for 26" and longer.
What is the difference between Lace Closure and Lace frontal?
Lace closures are smaller and cover a small portion of the front of the scalp, typically at the crown. They offer limited styling options, but they are suitable for glue-less wigs style.
Lace frontals on the other hand are larger, covering the entire hairline from ear to ear, and provide more versatility in styling, allowing for various parting styles.
They both aim to create a natural-looking hairline in wigs or sew-ins, with lace frontals offering a more seamless look due to their larger coverage area.
