Shipping to Multiple Addresses:
    • We currently do not support shipping to multiple addresses within a single order. Place separate orders for different shipping addresses.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

    • Due to the sensitive nature of our products and Global health concerns, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and NO REFUND or EXCHANGE are allowed. We encourage our customers to carefully pay attention to the details order.
    • In case  our team send the wrong item to you , we may accept returns after diligent investigation.
Returns for Incorrect Items:
    • In the case of a an incorrect item sent, contact customer support immediately for resolution via email at tchuintchuinshop@gmail.com or phone at 405-227-0380 to initiate the return process.
    • We may arrange for a return label and cover the return shipping costs.
    • A store credit will be provided to qualifying returned items and they must meet all the requirements at inspection by our Team.
    • Products must be unused, not combed, washed, cut or altered in any ways, they must be in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
    • Returns  are accepted within 7 days from the date the order is marked as delivered from the tracking order.

Inspection and Approval:
    • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it.
    • Approved returns will receive a store credit within 5 business days.
Refund Method:
    • Refunds will be issued to a Store Credit within 5 business days.
    • Please note that Store Credit or Gift cards can not be redeemed as Cash.
Non-Returnable Items:
    • Certain items, such as personalized wigs or colors, are non-returnable.
    • Gift cards are also non-refundable.
Cancellations:
    • If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
